A foodie memory of maki sushi place lost

Those were the days.

Tasting set at Star Chef Maki at Terminal 21. 

12 pieces, some rather crazy variations, every one exceptional good, including the rare wagyu-beef big maki to the right. At 450 baht, a bargain 😎 (That is 115 NOK)...

This branch disappeared from Terminal 21 in 2019.

A suitable night snack

How times has changed

A quick sausage and a drink on a Saturday evening has developed a lot in Oslo in later years.

This chilli hot dog with *everything* and a suitable micro brewed lager beer was delicious.

Not the first beer that night, but absolutely a suitable drink and meal to round it off.

169 NOK/16 USD is not cheap, but for Oslo it is acceptable.
